Volleyball Shirts, Vouchers, Floor Dinners

Hey there Dickson Floor 2,

We just have a few announcements:

Official Floor 2 Shirts
Dickson's annual Volleyball Tournament will be coming up soon, around late September. We will let you know the team details later, but right now we need a count for shirts. These shirts are basically the hall shirts for the year, and every floor has there own. We would suggest everyone getting one so we can show off our floor pride!

The shirts for our floor will be orange and say "Dickson 2009-2010" baseball script style on the front, with "Bigger is Better" on the back. If you are ordering a shirt, we need your name, shirt size, room number, quantity ordered and $7/shirt in an envelope by 12 pm Noon on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th. (this is a firm deadline) If you cannot find Matt or Dan, slip the envelope under one of our doors. Late orders cannot be accepted.

Lockout Vouchers
Dan passed out most of the lockout vouchers today. If you did not receive one, you must find him to get it.
Remember, if you get locked out, you must go to Appel during normal hours (7pm-7am) because there is no RA on call. After hours, call the RA on call at 607-327-1015. Now that you have your vouchers, you can use them once, but after that, lockouts will cost $5.

First Sunday of the Month Floor Dinner
We are sponsoring a monthly floor dinner every first Sunday at 7pm. We will be meeting in the 25 lounge at 6:45 and going to a different card swipe location each month. We would love you to join your RA's for dinner! If you can't meet early, meet us at the location. The list for the year is below:

Bulletin Boards
As an announcement, please be mindful of what you draw on the Draw Yourself! comic strip. We will have to take it down if obscene material appears on the poster. (even if it isn't someone from our floor)
On another note, please post anything that you find funny (within reason) on the LOL wall for all to enjoy.

Cornell Police - Wrong number Given
During the meeting, we gave you the wrong number for the CUPD. We gave you the number for Gannett, the health services, 607-255-5155. You should have that number in your phone, but use 607-255-1111 for the CUPD.
